Accounts Payable Bookkeeper

Looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Bookkeeper. This person would be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices, performing invoice payments and maintaining good standing vendor relationships within the many divisions of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Open invoices through UPSP, print emailed invoices
- Match invoices to packing slips/appropriate receipts
- Sort invoices by pay type/date
- Request missing PO’s
- Review taxes on invoices
- Data entry of invoices into Great Plains system
- Create batches
- Print checks, make credit card payments, enter manual payments/EFT’s
- Perform off-cycle pay runs for last minute invoices
- Respond to vendor emails/inquiries within appropriate time frame
Required:
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with computerized accounts payable program
- Fast learner, able to multitask
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Accounts Payable or Accounting experience a must

Propane Gas Installer: We have an immediate opening to help service our fast growing customer base in Northern NJ. Install propane tanks, gas lines, tank swap-outs, deliver via small tanker to customers as needed. Propane experience a plus but will train the right person.
Delivery Driver: Looking for drivers to deliver propane to our growing customer base. Must be safety minded, have great customer service attitude, team player. Overtime a must during height of the heating season if/when it gets cold.

Delivery driver to deliver to our growing customer base throughout the region. No fuel delivery experience required, but safe CDL driving experience a must. Ideal candidate must be customer oriented, drug-free, safety minded and have great customer service skills. This is a full time position since we're busy year round. Winter time propane gas & fuel oil, summer propane and liquid chlorine to commercial swimming pool customers through our Wechsler Pool Supply division. Never a lay-off, we're crazy busy and need great team members to help us grow. Overtime a must during height of the heating season if/when it gets cold.

Responsibilities:
- Safely fill/inspect compressed gas cylinders (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2, argon, propane & mixed gases.)
- Assist with organizing orders & loading delivery trucks for next day's routes
- Assist customers with loading/unloading compressed gas cylinders
- Fill portable propane cylinders for customers
- Assist with general store cleaning and maintenance
- Stock shelves in welding supply store
- Helping retail customers in our welding supply store
- Assisting customers on phone & email
- Helping to maintain safe & clean work environment
- Make local emergency cylinder deliveries to customers as needed

Service Technician
Fuel Oil, Propane & Swimming Pools

Full time position to join our growing team to give the best possible service to our growing customer base. Job entails working on propane gas & fuel oil heating & air conditioning systems, servicing & installing gas burning appliances in the 'heating months' and servicing primarily commercial swimming pools in 'summer months'.
This job is based out of our Monticello, NY office but servicing customers in parts of Sullivan, Ulster & Orange Counties.
Experience in HVAC would be preferred but if you have superior mechanical experience, an analytical mind with understanding of electricity, we'd consider bringing on as a trainee with goal to be a fully functional service technician after working alongside an experience veteran tech.
Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting on heating and cooling system malfunctions.
- Perform system safety checks, gas leaks tests and documentation.
- Installation of burners, water heaters, oil tanks, boilers, air handles, furnaces, etc.
- Service & installation of swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters and piping.
- Educating and assisting customers in all manners of the safe operation of their home heating systems and gas burning appliances.
- Participate in our rotating single night 'on-call' schedule after-hours, weekends and holidays.
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards coworkers and have great customer service skills.
- Able to work under hectic pre-swimming pool season pressure to help get dozens of commercial swimming pools up and running, in some cases performing miracles for our customers!
Requirements:
- Experience / mechanical background. HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical experience a huge plus.
- Problem solving is a MUST!
- Clean / Safe driving record and able to drive in typical upstate NY winter weather.
- Drug free - able to pass 13 panel pre-employment and continual random testing.
- Ability to problem solve, make repairs and deliver customer service without direct supervision.
- Clean appearance and ability to maintain company provided van & tools.
- Able to pass criminal background check.
- Dependable, willingness to work, looking for stable career in growing company.

Bulk CO2 Driver

Driver to deliver bulk CO2 gas & hi-pressure cylinders to our customers along with certifying that our customer's equipment is working properly. Our drivers should be able to provide excellent customer service to the customers they meet every day. Our drivers start early in the morning in an attempt to avoid the heavy traffic in the areas that they deliver to. We deliver to NYC, CT, NJ and the surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Clean CDL B or A
- Hazmat/tanker endorsement
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to a minimum of 135 lbs.
